Vendors
Our Ribbers provide mouth-watering ribs, chicken, and other delights throughout Ribfest. They will be competing for Judge’s Choice Best Sauce and Best Ribs, and People’s Choice Best Ribs, Best Sauce and Best Chicken.
The 2024 lineup includes Ribs Royale BBQ, Dinosaur Smokehouse, Silver Bullet, Smokehouse Bandits, Bone Daddy’s, Texas Jack’s Barbeque, Billy Bones BBQ, and Bubba Lou’s BBQ.
Come on out and decide for yourself who should bring home the trophy this year.
Become a Food Vendor
Food Vendors will be given 10’x10′ space (larger sizes can be obtained), and are expected to supply their own tables, chairs, canopies (fire retardant), dividers and power cords (100’-150’).
All canopies/tents/shelters must meet the Flame Resistant Code and have a certificate of Flame Resistance complying with CAN/ULC S-109 or NFPA 701 Standard. Should a shelter not meet these standards, it faces removal by a site inspector.
There will be no exclusivity placement of vendors. Placement of vendors on the Ribfest event site shall be decided upon by Big Brothers Big Sisters Ribfest Organizers and will be allocated to vendors upon their arrival.
Vendor Licensee is responsible for providing Brockville Ribfest with a Certificate of Insurance indicating a minimum of $2,000,000 public liability insurance, and naming Brockville Ribfest/Big Brothers Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville/ The Corp. of the City of Brockville as an additional name insured for this event.

Become a Non-Food Vendor
Brockville Ribfest is proud to provide a variety of non-food vendors in Vendor Village. Vendors are provided a 10X10 space, or 10×20 space and are expected to supply their own tables, chairs, canopies and dividers.
The cost is $300 for 10X10 space; $600 for 10×20; larger spaces can be obtained and are priced accordingly.
If hydro is needed, there is a $50 hydro fee; vendors are also expected to provide their own power cords (100′ to 150′).
